Donations

All BLACKSWAN Foundation’s donations go to preclinical and clinical research, tools to facilitate knowledge sharing among researchers, and the promotion of research on rare or orphan diseases. A scientific committee of international experts endorses the allocation of funds for projects submitted to the Foundation.

Thanks to the action of volunteer members and the support of its partners, the running costs of the BLACKSWAN Foundation are kept to a minimum. Its accounts, which are reviewed by an independent external body, are regularly audited by the competent authority at the Swiss Federal Department of Home Affairs (DFI).

The Foundation meets the legal criteria for public service and utility, donations are deductible from taxes. Please let us know in case you need a receipt for your donation. To benefit from tax deductions according to your country of residence, please use the following information:
